Durostone® CHP (Solder Pallets)
Durostone® CHP, CAS, CAG and the new CCR materials are designed specifically to meet the soldering requirements of printed circuit board assemblers utilizing tin wave solder, vapor phase or infra-red reflow equipment. Durostone® CHP retains its excellent dimensional stability and flatness even at elevated temperatures up to 350oC.
Solder will not adhere to its surface and it is resistant to both solvents and cleaning agents. In addition, the material is easier to handle in production than metal fixtures because of its lighter weight and lower thermal conductivity.
Our electrostatic dissipative grade is called Durostone® CAS. In addition we have an optically sensitive electrostatic dissipative grade called Durostone® CAG. Finally, our new grade, Durostone® CCR, is specially designed for aggressive chemical environments and fluxes.
Röchling can provide sheets and cut pieces as well as a complete CNC machined carrier, including fastening hardware, through our nationwide fabrication network.
